These offerings were created for those of us who weren’t taught positive self-talk or self-compassion — who feel challenged in relationships, and are looking for resources which can complement the work done in therapy.
Being in a group makes a difference. It helps us recognize our common humanity and reminds us that the inner work is easier — and richer — when we do it alongside others who understand.

Our focus will be on cooling, calming, and hydrating practices to bring you back into balance.

Monthly Pathwork Virtual Study Group Sunday 3-4:30p EST
With Kimberly Middleton, Pathwork Helper
Using The Undefended Self – Living the Pathwork by Susan Thesenga. A small group of interested people meet monthly to go through the book together. There are practices at the end of each chapter. Some we will do together, but most of them are useful to consider and work on your own. You will need a copy of the book.
“I read The Undefended Self years ago when I was in the transformation program. This time I’m listening to the online lectures and enjoying attending the study group to help me think more deeply about the concepts again.”
